Zach Rosenfield

CEO / PRESIDENT

Zach has spent more than 20 years creating and implementing high-level media strategies for entertainment clients, sports-based entities and business ventures.As President of Rosenfield Media Group, Zach provides hands-on service and manages the boutique, full-service publicity company that provides first-class service to a wide range of prominent media, entertainment, sports and business figures. Originally known as Stan Rosenfield &Associates, Zach has expanded the company’s reach beyond talent representation to where it now represents producers, production companies, content creators, sports-based ventures including broadcasters, athletes and movies, as well as corporate entities.

Focused on tactical strategies, Zach has generated campaigns that contributed to his clients earning Academy Awards, Emmys, Golden Globes, New York Times bestsellers, corporate awards, recognition in special issues lists, and many other notable achievements.

Stan Rosenfield

EVP, TALENT DIVISION

Talent is overseen by industry icon and 2009 Les Mason award winner Stan Rosenfield. Under Stan’s guidance, RMG clients have taken home 8-Academy Awards, 20-Golden Globes, 18-Emmy Awards, and been recognized with 200 total major film and television nominations.Clients include: George Clooney, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Morgan Freeman, Danny DeVito, Helen Mirren, Geoffrey Rush, Patricia Clarkson, Kelsey Grammer, Rich Eisen, Soledad O’Brien, Daymond John, Ann Curry, Noah Wyle, Taylor Hackford, Eddie George, David Steinberg, Ed Cunningham and more.

Amanda Brocato

EVP, CORPORATE STRATEGIES & EVENTS

A public relations veteran, Amanda’s expertise goes beyond media strategy and relations to include brand management, influencer engagement, content creation, experiential marketing, crisis communications and special events.Throughout her 15 years in public relations and marketing, Brocato has helmed the strategic planning and implementation for national brands including Ford Motor Company, W Hotels, Hyatt Properties, Moet Chandon, The James Beard Foundation and The Frye Company. During her tenure as VP and partner of an Austin-based agency, she married her passion for food, beverage and hospitality and PR wherewithal, to deliver coverage for winery, brewery, restaurant, hotel and culinary personality clients ranging from top accolades in Food & Wine, GQ, The NewYork Times, Wine Enthusiast, Food Network and beyond.

A big agency thinker who is adept at “wearing many hats,” Brocato prides herself on going above and beyond to become an extension of clients’ internal teams and serving as a valued consultant for her clients’ brand channels.

Melissa Sun

VP, PURPOSE

Melissa is a 15+ year PR/Marketing veteran specializing in cultural strategy, brand marketing, business development and social impact. Melissa spent a decade at RMG representing a wide range of clients and services including: running communications strategies for actors, helping usher in two Oscars, three Emmys and three Golden Globes; launching entertainment IP including It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Breaking Bad; running brand and talent management for creators and influencers.Most recently, Melissa ran Brand Marketing for Sierra Club, the largest environmental org in the US. She worked to modernize the iconic brand architecture, integrate earned and paid media strategies, and develop breakthrough cultural activations. Highlights include founding the Arts + Entertainment Council with members including Darren Aronofsky, Olivia Munn, and Jeff Bridges; developing the first-ever virtual reality PSA narrated by Jared Leto and nominated for a Shorty Award; producing the #ActInParis comedy show starring Amy Schumer leading up to the Paris Climate Accord.

Melissa began her career at NBC News. A passionate climate and justice advocate, she sits on the board of Good Energy Stories, and dabbles in the creator economy as an equitable marketing solution. She studied film and international politics at UC Irvine and University of Hong Kong and resides in the SF Bay Area.

Katie Feldman

SENIOR PUBLICIST, TALENT

Katie Feldman is a Senior Publicist at RMG who has worked closely with Stan Rosenfield for close to a decade.  As a key executive in RMG’s talent division, Katie has played a vital role in expanding the company’s talent roster of film and television actors and actresses.She works closely with her clients and their respective studio, network and producing partners to create award campaigns and strategies that have brought in nominations and wins for the Academy Awards, Emmys, Golden Globes, SAG Awards, BAFTA’s, Critics’ Choice Awards, and more.

Earlier this year, her client Troy Kotsur became the first male Deaf actor to take home an Oscar for his role in CODA as Best Supporting Actor (among all the other statues he took home throughout the awards season,) and client Geoffrey Rush was awarded the highest honor at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, celebrating his Contribution to World Cinema. Currently nominated for an Emmy for her role in the second season of “State of the Union”, in 2019, client Patricia Clarkson was nominated for Emmy and SAG Awards and took home the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress for her role in “Sharp Objects.”

Sean Grabin

SENIOR PUBLICIST, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Sean Grabin is a Senior Publicist at Rosenfield Media Group who represents clients across the sports and entertainment spectrum, including on-air talent, production companies, athlete-driven businesses and more. Prior to joining RMG, Sean was the long-time publicist for the cable network AXS TV for many years where he developed and executed media relations strategy for the network’s music, combat sports and entertainment programming. A Bay Area native and alumni of the Cal Poly Pomona Communication Program, Sean lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two cats.

Hallie Watson

COODINATOR, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Hallie Watson serves as a Coordinator in RMG’s Corporate Communications Division. She joined the company in 2022 and works closely with Zach Rosenfield, Amanda Brocato and Sean Grabin on organizing details around the various media strategies RMG’s employs for its various clients.Hallie holds a marketing degree from California State University, Northridge, as well as a Merchandise Marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM).
